Social networks are well known for their capacity to bring people together.
We all know someone who have met some friends, or love, thanks to that.
Usually, social medias are seen as a place where you can have a social link with others, and that’s true! At the beginning of this era, many people were using Facebook for example to post their mood, or what they were doing by some texts or pictures of their life.
But nowadays, this utilization has changed a lot. We have learned to make better use of these networks. An utilization more rewarding and very creative…
First of all, I’d like to talk about something I noticed in recent years: The increasing use of social networks has had an impact on people’s open-mindedness.
Of course, on a hand, because they can share easily their minds, people think they are allowed to criticize everything at any time, and unfortunately their wickedness don’t show an open mind.
But on the other hand, social medias have permitted to share more than reviews or photos of our outfits, sometimes they permit us to share some knowledge…
Many artists show their work and many of them are followed by hundreds of people.
If usually, we wait to go to the museum to meet some artistic things, with social medias everything is simpler! No need to go anywhere and to pay for admire. And thanks to this facility, people become more curious and gradually open up to art forms that they would not have gone looking for before.
So, in a sense, social networks allow people to learn to appreciate art.
In a second time, we can say that because people are more sensitive to art, they give more to their creativity because the network environment is a very inspiring place.
And this is good news because social networks not only inspire them, they can also encourage them to practice by teaching them concrete things.
Short tutorials exist for that! Now you can learn how to draw an eye with an example in video, but you can also learn to do some pastries and many other things…
We can definitely say that social medias are a place where artistic things happen and where many ‘small artists’ are also born every day.
